Summer - Birthday Beach Trip! (Day 4)
Last day at the beach! We packed up, brought our stuff to our cars, and still went to the beach for a couple of hours...
God is really good, He granted my prayer, my foot was a lot better the next day. It hurts still, but, I can walk already! I was even able to manage being at the water, playing with the waves, had boogieboard!!! I definitely expected it to be worse, but it didn't, I was so grateful!
After the beach, we went to our cars, parted from there.
Tyler and I went to Jersey Subs for lunch, then went to a surf shop, got me a Myrtle Beach shot glass. Then we went to Broadway by the Beach, walked around ( foot still hurts, but I can definitely walk!), Tyler had been insisting to get me comfortable shoes/slippers but I was to hesitant, I don't want him to keep on spending, he paid everything - hotel, meals! But still he insisted in getting me something, so he got me this pretty nailpolish that's plain(glitters) if hidden from the sun, but when exposed, they turn to dark pink (thought red, lol), and a keychain that changes colors too! The guy from the store (del sol's) gave us a free beach bag with it, that also changes colors under the sun!
Then we walked some more, got me two Myrtle beach shirts, went to a candy store where he got his sour candies that he's always loved, then we went back to our car, drove home.
As we were driving home, we were talking about the trip, that it was really a nice trip, and that we both had a real good time, minus the fact that I'm injured, he mentioned a lot of good things that happened... also mentioned me able to swim cross n 8 ft deep pool. :)
It's nice going on a trip with the man you love, you get to know each other more, your needs, your dislikes, your likes... I wish our Florida trip to come true.. my parents would be glad to meet him! Would be a total fun at Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios perhaps... so hopefully, another good trip for us!

Summer - Birthday Beach Trip! (Day 3)
Still my birthday! We went to the beach that morning, and Sergio and Alexis arrived about 10 in the morning. It was a beautiful day.
The boys went out to pick up some lunch, where they settled getting from Bojangles, while me, Jenny and Alexis hanged out at the beach. I went to the water to pee (lol), and stayed for awhile, enjoying the waves. Tyler arrived and came to me, said we're about to eat and so we walked back to the shore... then I dropped! lol. Literally, my right foot stepped on a deep hole and twisted my ankle --- BAD! And really hurt. :( I could barely walk, Tyler had to carry me. I wasn't able to go back to the water anymore, I stayed sitting by the shore, with Jenny and Alexis.
Then at dinner, we went to Captain Benjamin's Seafood Buffet - and food was sooooo great. Tyler again had to carry me at some point. :( It's sweet, but I felt like I'm being a burden, and that's what I hate the most. So I keep trying to walk, really. It was just so painful though. But I still insist.
We headed to BarefootLanding after, had a little walk around the shops, then we back to our hotel. Daniel wanted to go to family kingdom, but, I wouldn't be able to enjoy, as I can't walk, and Tyler would need to be with me all the time to assist me, so he preferred us going back to the hotel too, so that I don't keep on forcing myself to walk.
We had some charades at the hotel, then we went out to the beach, laid down, played truth or dare, nice weather, bit cold, totally fun. Tyler was dared to give me a smooch right in front of them, and we obliged, haha.
At 3am, we headed back to our room, and called it a morning, ops, day. :)
As I was to close my eyes, I prayed to God, to please heal my foot, I don't want to be a burden to all of them especially to Tyler, I want to be able to walk, as well as still enjoy the waters...

Next day, July 20th, we checked out from our hotel as we are to transfer hotels from Marriott to SkyWatch, somewhere between South and North Myrtle beach. We first went for breakfast at Chik-fil-a, had our biscuits, then went to meet up with Daniel and Jenny.
We headed off to a surfshop, then to Nathan's hotdogs as they haven't had their breakfast yet, then we went to Springmaid Pier and did a little fishing. Daniel caught a ribbon fish!
Thereafter we headed to our hotel, Tyler booked our place, and we picked a room that could accomodate about 6 people, so that we can invite Daniel and Jenny, Sergio and Alexis (who are about to arrive still on the weekend).
The hotel was really nice, two full beds, with a sofa bed, with kitchen, with living room, with a terrace with the beach right infront of us, and with the pools right below, lovely sight!
We then headed to the pool for a bit, then decided to have dinner. We ended up at Cagney's steakhouse, real expensive, yet real good steaks! After dinner, we went to Mt.Atlanticus pot pot (mini golf) and played until midnight. Tyler was so good at it, then Jenny was next to him, then me, then Daniel. :)
Midnight - and it's my birthday! Officially 27! Tyler of course greet me a Happy Birthday (his gift? I'll show that in a different post!)... we picked up Krispy Kreme doughnuts before heading back to the hotel, 12 plain ones and 1 birthday doughnut! He lit a match and put in on top of the birthday doughnut, and I blew it. Of course I made a wish, my wish is, can I say it? No, I won't. Might not come true. lol
Had some beer then off to bed. Happy Birthday to me!

Tyler and I both took two days off from work (July 19-20), and drove down to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina... it's our long awaited beach getaway, plus, it's my birthday on the 21st!
We had thoughts of going to Florida instead, but due to some reasons, we ended up still going to the beach as originally planned...thinking of going to Florida early Fall perhaps, when it's a bit cooler there.
Daniel (Tyler's bro) and Jenny (Daniel's gf) were at Myrtle the day before we arrived and so we met up with them at the beach after we checked in and settled our things at our hotel (Courtyard Marriott).
Spent day 1 hanging out at the beach, at the pool (Daniel/Jenny's motel), had a nice buffet dinner at Mommy's Kitchen, walked around the activity/shops area at the beachfront, did some (one, actually) game where we lost $10!, then had snow cones, rode the SkyWheel, then ended up for a round of beer at a country bar, then headed back to the hotel to rest.
